1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select the item, size, and color you want, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available nationwide.
- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard)
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and an SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this to track your package's journey to your doorstep.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for items that are unused, unwashed, and have their tags intact. We do not offer refunds. Sale items cannot be exchanged. For more details, please visit our Returns & Exchange page.
5. How do I find the right size for me?
We have a detailed size chart available on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart to find the perfect fit. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp for personalized advice!
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We are very sorry if this happens! Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item. We will resolve the issue for you immediately.
