7-Day Exchange Policy
You can exchange any product within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we only offer exchanges; we do not offer cash refunds.
Conditions for Exchange
For an item to be eligible for an exchange, it must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
- The item must be free of any stains, marks, or damages.
- The exchange request must be initiated for a valid reason (e.g., wrong size delivered, defective product).
- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
How to Initiate an Exchange
Please follow these simple steps to request an exchange:

- Provide Details: Please provide your Order ID, the name of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange along with photographic evidence if the item is defective.
- Approval: Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will guide you on the next steps.
- Ship the Item: You will be required to ship the product back to our provided address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Receive Your New Item: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your new exchanged item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and send you the correct item at no extra cost.
The Narii reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the item does not meet our policy conditions.
